MEET
Joshua Jerome Eggerson Sr. is a father, pastor, preacher, and servant of the Body of Christ. With more than 15 years of pastoral and ministry leadership experience, he has helped establish thriving churches, mentor emerging leaders, and strengthen ministries across the country. Known affectionately as Pastor Josh, he carries a deep passion for building healthy churches and equipping leaders to reach their fullest Kingdom potential.
In 2019, he founded Kairos Fellowship in response to a growing need for pastoral covering, leadership development, and strategic support for those called to reach emerging generations. Today, Kairos continues to serve as a spiritual family and leadership network committed to integrity, accountability, and excellence in ministry.
